Seems pretty obvious to me. They want to pound it into your head that the game has covers so GH:WT not having any covers will seem more significant.

This is actually in Guitar Hero 3 for some songs and on Aerosmith from what I've read. It's just a sign of a charter being lazy and overlooking it.
