Some of the songs I've completed have the devil horns sign next to them. It's separate from songs with gold stars.

Actually in GHA, you can get them online. I got one locally with a friend (and he didn't get anything) and got the other online by playing quick matches.

Well, I just got GH:Aerosmith, and the co-op achievements have the same "primary player only" glitch. The only thing they did to fix it was relabel them.
