I just ordered for www.videogamesplus.ca on tuesday and it shipped out yesterday. If you havn't ordered by then ill post what i think.

Also if you have EU Death Magnetic DLC it works on the us version i think Video games plus seems cheapest not sure about tax
It depends on your console actually.
