Which should I get,the 360 or Wii?

I can't really decide which to get.I've played both of the staions before,I just can't decide which one to get.Can you guys help me?I'll be keeping a tally box for the votes.

Because we're all too lazy to make the same post again. Just read mine for my opinion on the Wii; I don't know much about the 360 or its game selection.

Edit @ below: No, GTA IV is not on the Wii. And I'd rather play Oblivion on my laptop for mods and such. >.>

I'd go for the 360. Downloadable content, controllers that feel good, games like Elder Scrolls IV, and Halo III, the system's worth getting. Plus you can't find GTA IV on Wii (I don't think).

Better graphics.
Plus, you don't have to add people's FCs if you want to play with them.
You have to pay for Live, but it's worth it.
THe only reason to get Wii is SSBB but that's not reason enough.

I have an xbox 360 and my sister has a wii. I like using the 360 because you can play online with your friends. and there is ranking for many of the games. On the wii, its more fun imo if you have people to play with you

The Wii is fun once in awhile, but the 360 has a bigger library of games. And if there's a game out on the Wii that's also available on other consoles, odds are the controls on the Wii version are shit (Harry Potter OOTP is one exception IMO).

But the selection of Wii-exlusives makes it worth buying a Wii (not necessarily over a 360, but worth getting one in general): Zelda TP, Super Mario Galaxy, Mario Kart Wii, Smash Bro's Brawl, Boom Blox (tons of fun if you haven't played it IMO), Super Paper Mario, and others. Also there's the virtual console, where XBL does have the Arcade, there isn't nearly the selection of old console games from NES, SNES, N64, Genesis, etc. And they add new games every monday (not always great games, but they're fairly consistant).

Then there's the 360, great graphics, bigger libray of games, and a great online service (it's worth paying for, as others have said). Especially if you're into FPS games (which I'm not

), then you'll love it. Play the extremely watered down genre until your eyes bleed (FEAR, Halo 3, COD, BF:Bad Company, and the list goes on for days). Then there's GH, if you're into that sort of thing (duh). DLC! Biggest advantage the 360 has over the Wii along the lines of GH (but on the other hand, you have the vibrating Wii remote whenever you use Star Power!)

The Wii is fun, and anyone who doesn't think so need to turn off their tunnel vision switch. Whether it's better than a 360, however, is the old case of apples and oranges. Each side has their positives, just figure out which positive fits what you're looking for.

It depends. The wii is alot more fun than the 360 if you have some one to play with. But the 360 is fun all the time. So i say 360
