I don't know. I thought CoP was great, but I was very disappointed with the new Anarchy rerecording, especially with the vocals.
I hope Overkill will be as awesome as the original. |
I loved the way his voice sounded in the rerecording because it sounds more like the way he sang in PiL which was an amazing band IMO. _________________

For those doubting Motorhead's Overkill sounding like the original, listen to their new album, then listen to anything else they've put out. All of their work has been of consistent sound and quality. Personally I think the production value could be stepped up a little bit on the track but not too much. The double bass intros are so cool and the stop and come back parts sound amazing, but my favourite part is the very last solo section. _________________

MC5 is one of the best bands they could have put in this game.
Now just for "Goodbye Goodbye" by Oingo Boingo, that would be a vocal monster. _________________

I have good hopes for these recordings, although I was very disappointed by the Anarchy in the UK rerecord....it just didn't "feel" the same, wasn't as good as the original to me. _________________

I own Iron Fist, Ace of Spades, and Overkill, and I also liked Inferno and Kiss of Death. I just would prefer the old Lemmy voice. Unless they manage to make it better. _________________
