New Rock Revolution DLC - Now With Real Bemani Artists!

Yes, there are now 5 new songs up for download on XBL Marketplace. They are:

Des-ROW - Death Real
Naoki remixed by Kuro - My Only Shining Star
Mutsuhiko Izumi - Model DD8
Daisuke Kurosawa - Progressive Baby
Daisuke Kurosawa - CHIMERA

CHIMERA was featured in Guitar Freaks/Drummania V5 and Progressive Baby is in the upcoming GFDM V6.

In Drummania, it is an 82 out of 99.

Model DD8 was also partially written by Marty Friedman, lead guitarist for Megadeth from Rust in Peace through Risk. He plays the guitar in the song.

CHIMERA's difficulty on drums was rated a 61 out of 99. Don't mind the giant black playfield on the video. The guy's just using the Dark modifier.

They are 120 points individually and 440 points as a full pack of 5.

People need to understand how big and awesome this is.

Holy fuck.

I hate all the DLC in this game.

All of the songs feature ridiculous amounts of double-strumming, often times in place of where you would normally be doing HO/POs, there are HO/POs that are so random they make GHIII blush, and overall they just weren't fun at all. They were a challenge simply because they were charted in a way that no other person would chart them if they heard the song. But the thing is, I have no desire to go back and improve my score. So the songs can go FUCK themselves.

I was going to post videos, but I just don't give a fuck anymore and no one else should either.

Unless you love these songs to death, I would avoid at all costs. Except for the free ones. I guess. They're not much better.

It was a good attempt, but I wont even consider buying these. 440 MS points for 5 songs that I've never heard of? No thank you.
