When GH2 comes out for the 360 I plan on customizing my Explorer to resemble Claudio Sanchez's Explorer with the natural finish

I was just wondering what you all think would be the best way to mimic the finish

oh god, that'll be so sweet!
but i have absolutely no idea how you should do it, maybe some kind of coating you apply before hte painting have dried to make it look natural or something..
or else you can go for maple-lloking stickers and coat over

The best way would be to find an airbrush artist to paint it for you.
You also might try looking up painting woodgrain on Google, there are lots of tricks to painting grains and patterns.
