It's been a very, very long time since I posted or GH/RB was a part of my life. I still do play from time to time and I am nowhere near as good but still enjoy it for several reasons.

Anywho, I went to play the other night and my guitar wouldn't connect and then THIS happened. I posted on reddit and it just got downvoted and no help. Hope someone from here could be insightful.

Simple question first, have you tried fresh batteries? I'd heard stories about instruments acting weird when the batteries get low, but hadn't actually experienced it until fairly recently, when downstrumming triggered the PS button for me.

Yes, I did try that as well. I said I popped them out and put them back in in the video which isn't exactly true haha. I should've said that I switched them for another pair.

Either way, it is all for naught. I moved the next day and ended up not having room for my guitar and didn't think it'd be a simple fix so, I left it at my old apartment. I can't go back for it either... I moved about 1000 miles haha.

Thanks for the response. I know the traffic on this site and forum have died way down since when I was an active user.
