Hey all, Im a huge fan of Mario Kart, and I was wondering which version of Mario Kart that all you guys liked the best.

Mario Cart (SNES)
Super Mario Cart (N64)
Mario Kart Double Dash (GC)
Mario Kart (GBA)
Masrio Kart DS (DS)

Personally I loved the orginal and even though I have played the others (except DS), their is something about the orginal that keeps me coming back all the time. Its a classice game that never gets boring, something thats so rare these days in video games.

Plus Koopa Troopa FTW

My personal fave is Double dash, closely followed by the GBA version. (I haven't played the DS version).

An enduring franchise, unless they really mess the next one up the wii version is gonna pwn too! Donkey Kong FTW!

I also really like the original, one of the few games I actually own for snes, and one that was a blast to play with friends, altough I never actually got really good at it, couldn't beat the 150cc cups. Ithink the original is the best, but I haven't played double dash or ds.

Mario kart 64, and double dash are the only ones i have played. I likeed 64 a hell of a lot better.

I think the DS version is best BY FAR. Going back to any of the older versions is difficult after playing the DS version.

I played the fuck out of Mario Kart 64 when I was younger. Haven't even trid any of the others... but MK64 was very fun indeed, I miss it..

It's tough for me to pick a favorite, since I like every game in the series. I guess my favorite would be Mario Kart 64, then Super Circuit for the GBA, then Double Dash, then finally DS(but I still like all of them a lot). I haven't played the original, but I would like to someday.

1 mario kart ds i played this game at work all the time in every break for a wile it just seemed like the day was moving faster, and for being in a small system like ds the game was great.
2 double dash.

seems like the N64 version is the best by your accounts. i have only played it once (as I got a ps back when the N64 was out).

i was thinking of piucking up a wii and getting this from the wii points though. I think i got turned off from it beacuse koopa wasnt in it.

Every Mario Kart game I've played is fun and awesome. My favorite one is a tie between Double Dash and MK64.

i love the DS one with all the new characters (R.O.B FTW!!) and online play. i kinda liked the n64 one but i think double dash beats it.
