I went with 2-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-2-2-2, but only got 58th and was over 15,000 behind the leader. I must not be good enough with the wammy. I know I was able to hit SP on the 15th, but couldn't get it on the 16th so I combined them. 1st, 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th, and 16th were the ones I couldn't get a full SP on one phrase.

Aside from the first two, 12 and 13 are the only SP phrases that won't activate on one SP phrase.
11 and 14 both just barely have enough to activate, but will activate just fine as long as you're whammying from the start of each hold and not letting go early.
Don't know what's up with 16, it has way more hold time than you need to get usable SP. Like 6 full beats extra. |

thanks for the tip. Honestly with the song being so long, I didn't want to get to the 16th only to discover it wouldn't work. The song is around 5 minutes, and I was losing focus.
by the way, is there a listing of the times for each song somewhere? admittedly I haven't looked very hard, and timing them out myself is getting tedious.
Thanks,

How in God's creation did you get 229k? I followed your path and only got 220k....meh... maybe I messed up.
EDIT: Uh...yep. My fault. |

Looking at debr's chart and playing through it several times (and still coming up with a crappy score) I am 99% certain it is possible to squeeze from the yellow in m207 to the second yellow in m215. It's very tight though.
edit - yes, it's possible. |

Jesus Christ is that ever a huge squeeze. You hit that first yellow over a note's distance late! |

Wow i just got 229 with chad path and i forgot to whammy the last activation, i think it's pretty much optimal and that you can probably get 232 with that path |

I think that might be good for 230k...
2- NN
2- NN
1- NN
1- NN
1- NN
1- NN
1- 2nd Y
1- 6th G
1- NN
2- 4th Y
1- 4th G
1- 2nd G
1- NN
Try it out people I just came up with this... should give you around 230k with excellent squeeze and whammy |

Does hyperspeed make a bigger timing window. Cause everytime I use hyperspeed I swear I can squeeze in more notes

Alright listen here all, found the path that can net you over 233k if you execute it right. Here it is, say thanks to whoever made that path.
2- 2nd Green
1- NN
1- 1st Red
1- 1st Red
1- NN
1- NN
1- NN
1- Near end of 2nd Yellow sustain
1- Near end of 5th Red sustain
1- 3rd Red
2- 4th Yellow (near impossible squeeze to the last yellow that can be done
1- 12th Yellow
1- 3rd Green
1- End of 5th Green sustain
Guess I'm the first one who wanted to share that path. |
