First off, new member and I figured I should introduce myself. Name's Jamie and I like to play GH, why else would I be here?

On to the cool. While at Advanced Auto Parts, hanging around waiting for my buddy to get off work, I spotted some carbon fiber film. Which got me to thinking. So I picked it up and put it to use. This was very simple and is a nice improvement to the looks of the SG.

Pics:

I'm thinking of now maybe getting some Coop stickers or the such for it. If not that then maybe I'll actually put my airbrush or pinstriping brush to use on it. Maybe do some flames, skulls or some faux wood grain, just something though.

To give you guys and gals an idea of what I'm thinking here's a quick pic of a practice panel of mine.

Pillow? No, that's actually one of my Olivia paintings of Betty Page shirts that's folded up. Oh and it's there just because it's both cool and sexy. Figure I'd spice up the pics.

Indeed, it is an Initial D RX-7, good eye. Didn't ever think of it looking JDM, but now that you mention it I guess it does.

Oh and today I took both my SG controllers apart to get rid of the clicking strum bar. Wasn't sure how I was going to do it but knew I was going to get it done. Once I got one of them open and everything, I found out exactly what causes the clicking and how easy it is to get rid of it. Just a simple folded steel spring that can be turned around. Also while I was at it I stiffened up the springs in my black SG's strum bar since they were getting worn out. Gotta hit up Radioshack or some other odd place to pick up a spring for the wammy bar, it's looser than a.... well, lets leave it at that.
