Good news! I'm going to speak with my father (Mother OK'd it), but we might be able to do it at my place the weekend after X-Mas. I have a large basement with a pellet stove for heat, and 2 TVs we can use. People would have to bring their consoles, controllers, and TV's, but if my dad says ok, it will work.

I will love your father if he says yes. Also, any update on the situation?

Same (if I can get the car).

Should be a good time.

Connecticut is a little further away than I wanted to drive, but how could I say no?

EDIT: Upon further reflection, "gas is expensive and I'm poor" is how I could say no. Count me out for Connecticut.

I'd need to talk to my parents but I think I might be able to come if it's at T-Fox's house. I'm pretty sure just over an hour drive is short enough that they'd be okay with me driving myself.

If I can make it (depending on the date), you could always pick me up on the way and cut the gas bill in half.

I'm sorry I didn't post anything. My father basically said that he had to work, and that he didn't want alot of people in the basement keeping him awake. I should have said something earlier, sorry guys. I can try asking about a weekend that's not over break, like the 11th - 13th.

EDIT: My mother said OK if my dad says OK when he gets home from work tomorrow. It would probably have to be capped at 12 people (not including me.), and SOME people would probably have to head to the motel down the street to sleep, I don't think the basement's large enough to sleep 13 people comfortably. Plus the fact that there's 1 couch, 1 chair, and the floor's concrete. X_X If I get a yes, I'll update AS SOON as I get word, not after the fact.

Ok, I got another "No", and was told "never to ask about it again." Sorry guys. I hate to let ya'll down.

Hey, what ever happened to using Armageddon's house? It says on the front page that that one's still a yes.

Well, here's the thing. Technically, my house is still a yes. I could have a party this weekend, next weekend, whatever. However, there is a TON of snow on my yard right now. So much, in fact, that there is absolutely no place to park. The driveway has just enough space for 2 cars (both spaces are occupied right now) and the yard has too much snow for anyone to park near. Also, my house is small. I could have like 6-7 people over and we could chill out and play GH, but that's about it. If we started bringing a bunch of people over here you guys would be very cramped. No parking spaces makes it really hard to have a party, as does a small house. Once it becomes spring and the snow starts melting, I think it would be a lot better of a time to consider having a get-together, because it seems that every host house is screwed over by the bad weather. When spring rolls around and more parking spaces become available, I'd be more than happy to have some SH'ers over.
