Here is a Guide to passing Jordan on Expert, for all of you Who STILL havn't passed it.

Step 1:
Get Full SP

Step 2:
Get to Solo B In Green

Step 3:
ONLY USE THREE FINGERS and move your hand down the fret board following the notes, Flailing your fingers as fast as u can, and strumming semi-fast aswell. If you pay attn you will notice that this 3 finger method works because the jordan solo is like sections like : 100 GRY notes, 100 RYB, 100 YBO notes. Going up and down. Anyways flail until you get into RED. Keep trying until u make it until the first 1 second break in solo b. Then kick out SP if u need it.

Step 4:
Now you should be Half way into Solo C now you just have to use skill and flailing and sweeping to make it through
PS: For the part RIGHT BEFORE the BNOF focus on the Yellow Notes

PPS: Most people end up failing Right before the BNOF. so try practicing solo C so you can get down that ending part.

That is pretty much a fool-proff guide. Very easy to understand with nice headings. Very nice guide!

Nice but for solo B, you shouldnt really strum like a madman and mash the buttons, strum slightly slower and actually hit the notes. Also, Try practicing the End of Solo C because thats where most people fail. They are mega fast ascending scales that you have to hammer on badly.

This is pretty much fail.

Of course you need full SP, but in solo A, it's more important you hit the descending triplets and quads.

It's not that easy to get into solo b with green.

yeah but, why would you want to just PASS jordan. its not like its a song required to continue on the career.

sorry, but imo this guide is fail.

PASSING only works for hard career songs such as:
raining blood
one
RYLAH

etc.
etc.

thats just my opinion.

It's nice and organized and such but it's pretty much information everyone knows, unless you're just starting to start to play jordan.

A. Its the hardest song in the game, and its often the only song people can't PASS

B. Kick the Bucket Achievement

C. The tremendously amazing feeling after hitting the BNoF

...I'll just let that ruin itself.

Anyways, you should definitely stick something in there about hitting the triplets in solo A, because that's what you have to do to make it to B in the green.

So right next to that part, say something about practicing solo A to get decent at it.

I think that's where it stops being fool-proof, really

I was under the impression solo C was considered harder than B, if only because you don't have SP for the majority of it? You may want to add some more info on that. And solo A's scales definately need a mention.

Oddly enough, my fingers still blow hard at ascending scales...I keep failing on the same point in C every single time, I don't get any further with a full bar than I do with 3/4 (which strangely enough, is just a few notes away from the BNoF anyway). Luckily I've passed the song, and dislike it too much to pass it consistently

Nice enough guide so far, but the other sections could use the amount of detail you put into solo B (like -suicide-'s post )

Jesus Christ, that was a lot of stuff. But yea, you pretty much nailed it with using the right fingering.

Basically just get good at ascending scales and be able to trill fast enough to get to the break in Solo B if you want to pass it, then use SP and flail til the end of C, then hit most of that, and on that last little part just strum the yellows. Play songs like Less Talk More Rokk to get better at ascending scales.

Suicide, as detailed as that guide is compared to Funk's depressing guide, you sure include some pretty advanced techniques that someone who isn't a Guitar Hero god probably can't or won't utilize. Tapping solo B? My ass, and it's not even necessary to pass. And to anyone who can strum the first note of the first pulloff at the end of solo a, and not have to strum again until solo B, especially using the GH2 HOPO engine, has some amazing precision. I do NOT recommend trying to do that to combo it, because if you break combo, you're going to miss at least 3-4 notes before you strum again, and that could eff you up big time. I strum the beginning of every 3-note pulloff, and fc it every time. Similarly, don't screw yourself up trying to hammeron in the bridge. If it works, then all the power to you, but I altstrum the entire thing, and maybe miss 2 notes at most; it's not too difficult, they're simply triplets.
