Milwaukee WI: any interest?

So, I've been kicking around having an SH gathering at my house. Here is a bulleted list of pros and cons.

PROS:

First Milwaukee gathering

Play GH and RB on a large LCD screen

I rent half a townhouse, so there's plenty of room in the basement for people to crash if they brought sleeping bags

2nd PS2 in the basement, can run customs

No pets for you allergic people (like myself)

Booze

My house is easy to find

You get to hang out with Chucklestyle and Blahmaster

CONS:

Who the hell is Chucklestyle?

Parking could be an issue

Contestants must be 21 or older to enter

I think that's about it. I'm shooting for possibly the last weekend in May or first weekend in June. Reply to this thread so I can gauge interest, and we'll see if it becomes a reality.

I'd be down for this. I live in Tosa too, I'm in school until the middle of May, after which I should be back home. I'll probably be working 40 hours during the week but weekends will likely be open.

I'll keep tabs on this thread and see if we can get some other folks interested. And hell, if not, I wouldn't mind swinging by alone and knocking back a few beers and playing some GH/RB if you're down.

If there's actually enough interest to hold a get-together, I might relax that one. I'm just adamant about underage drinking not happening in my house is all.

South of there. I'm a couple blocks north of Wisconsin Ave. A stone's throw (quite literally) from downtown Tosa.

I live in Milwaukee, but I'm only 16. =[ I have no interest in drinking, and half of the people in this thread are under 21 so maybe we can skip the booze? *gasp* If you don't wanna do that, you I'm responsible enough to not drink, so let me know if this happens. =]

yeah, we need to organize one soon I wanna meet some SH people like jesse...I live about a block away from General Mitchell but I couldn't host it sadly, my parents don't go out of town.

I'm gonna go ahead and call this "cancelled" for now.

"Mom, can I go to the house of a random 30 year old guy I met on the internet to play guitar hero?"

I didn't think so. :P

So no offense to you youngbloods, maybe something will crop up sometime (like a tourney etc) that will be less...creepy.
