You'd think Guitar Hero would implement some system where you use one remote to choose all of them (even though you still have one in the drums). |
I have 2 wiimotes so I have to fork out 60 $ each (I'm from Sweden). But it's not like you won't have any use for the wiimotes when not playing guitar hero. And what do you mean by "use one remote to choose all of them"? |

That is extremely ridiculous. I shouldn't have to pay for another wiimote just so I can play the drums.
Is it confirmed for the mic? |

As far as I've seen, this is unconfirmed.
Also, the reason for it to be wireless is why? It's not going to move and I'm sure you don't just need wireless for velocity-sensitive. |

A Dutch game-magazine just received a set of GH:WT
They liked the game in general, and there are no important things mentioned.
The only thing where they had problems with were the drumstick-holder. They posted that the holder broke the first day they had GHWT. That happened because the holder is not on a very handy place, so you can hit it very easily.
But at the end of the post, they said that GH:WT feels better then RB generally.

woops, you're right, misunderstood the article. That was the pics showing the Rock Band drumstick-holder, too show that those were better.
here is the right pic:
and the holders are the things at both sides of the blue pad
And sorry for the wrong pic |

When will they confirm drums sold separately? Jeez... it's what I've been waiting for for months!
Also, has it been confirmed if you can do the online world tour? I'm considering buying WT for the Wii when I get one but just buying drums, and my friend is getting it with game only I think, so could we do the band thing online like in Rock Band? _________________

I'm very anxious for this.
I looked on the first 10 pages, and didn't find nothing related to my question:
Will the Rock Band drums be compatible with GH:WT, on the PS2?
I know that the answer is yes for 360 and PS3, and no for Wii, but I don't know the answer for the PS2... |

I'm 100% sure the mic is wired. Also I agree that it's stupid for the drums to require a Wiimote since the set is stationary. (Even though I already have 3 Wiimotes, but only 2 of them actually work.) |

I'm pretty sure if the drums didn't use a wiimote, there's no other way for it to be connected other than the USB port which was used for rock band and all its instruments, which I found pretty annoying.
I'd rather have it be (mostly) wireless than have to connect it the old fashioned way like on a gamecube into the actual console.
I'm sure it is annoying for some people who need to buy the wiimotes, but I'd think it's worth it. |
