Shame... seems that DJ Hero may just be going through the motions on Facebook to promote the Pendulum DLC. "Salt In The Wounds", anyone?
Also, I swear you guys are the exact opposite of the commenters on Herofeed. Faced with the possibility of a series revival, you guys go "it'll never happen, ever, ohhh Guitar Hero we hardly knew ye"; they go "Mars Volta in Guitar Hero: RHCP. Called it.". |

I asked Beenox some days ago if we were going to see more DLC in the next months on their facebook page, and they just answered me that "Unfortunately not, next DLC will be out on February as planned, but development will be stopped after that."
If the guy behind the answer knows that the Mega Pack is already out, this may mean that we would get some last DLC before the end of the month. I don't hope so much, but why not. |

The only "remaining" DLC chart is Greed by Mercy House, winner of a contest to be in Guitar Hero.
Whether we get it or not, is yet to be seen.

I feel that we here are a little bit more realistic about it, we're in doom & gloom at the moment and have 0 faith that Activision would shut shit down just to revive it next year, it seems stupid as hell. |

I think them firing a 500 person staffed development arm says more about the likelihood of a 2012 return than anything. If they were planning to "take a year off", they likely would have gone about it a bit differently.
Doesn't mean it's dead forever, but I'd not be very optimistic about it.

Yeah, maybe...though it might have been a generic pre saved response that they have for questions of that nature. not trying to be pesimistic, just dont want to get my hopes up in case that it is the last DLC for now.
