UK meetups: anyone going to London Expo in May?

And stephit i haven't played customs (or guitar at all really) in months, so i don't have any discs.

Yeah, next week is a possibility if I'm feeling any better. Which I should be, think I've only got a cold but I still feel grim all over. If Bob can get there and is still alright to give me a lift, the same deal is available to get me to his place for a tenner.

I'm not having any luck with customs and I don't think I'm likely to any time soon - it's not really practical to go about learning a new way of making them when I have no way of testing the finished product.

Well... we might end up with more than one band. If we don't, I guess one of you could take bass off me and I'll do vocals. Only thing is, if I end up singing, we'd have to pray that we can avoid certain things - like three of those listed, for example :P

Haha, maybe it was a bad idea to post it on both sides... now we've got five people making up three guitarists, two drummers and a bassist. And potentially one vocalist. Think I might get a member of staff to lock the one over there.

So, we've probably got two bands then, since I assume others will pitch in too. Failing that, I'll probably drop out and let you lot fight over the positions.

Can't help with the customs either but I will have over 385 RB tracks to keep us busy

Lift still stands cap'n, just send me a txt with time ect.

Sucks you cant make it Sottle, should try and get to the London thing though. If we get enough for a couple of bands Im happy to play anything, pretty even at them all unless I'm drunk then my vocals are unstoppable lol.

I have no idea whether I'll make it this weekend. I'm currently dying of flu and obviously don't know when I'll be feeling any better... of course the cheap tickets to Portsmouth might be unavailable by then which will mean it's unlikely. And of course I won't be able to come if I'm still feeling like death.

I'm starting to realise why we (as a nation) fail at making meetups happen...

I've gotta go back to uni on Wednesday at the latest, regardless of how ill I am, so I guess I'll see if the tickets are available by then.
