I think "Here, There and Everywhere" from The Beatles is one of the most beautiful songs ever written.
Also, a lot of Simon and Garfunkel. Two men, a guitar, and poetry. Doesnt get more beautiful than that! |

Seeing lots of Opeth love in this thread so I guess I'll add to it.

State of Grace and Hourglass by Liquid Tension Experiment are both great songs. Also, listen to An Evening with John Petrucci and Jordan Rudess. Great guitar/piano, with beautiful songs throughout the whole album. Hmm...there's also I Love My Parents by Buckethead, as well as a lot of stuff from Electric Tears, though sadly I don't know any of the songs by name. I've only ever heard the album when my friend played it on a couple of road trips I went on with him, so I pretty much only know it as a whole, rather than knowing the individual songs.
It seems like there are plenty of other songs I should be mentioning, but nothing's coming to mind right now. Also, there are a lot of songs I can think of that have pretty interludes/bridges and what-not, but aren't necessarily that way throughout the entire song, so I'm not gonna mention them.
EDIT:

Oh, right, don't mind him. He's just...y'know...having an opinion. Way to try to ridicule him for it. _________________

I usually respect opinions, but Creed? No. Just no.

Have you heard Creed? There are no words to describe how bad they are, they're essentially what the Jonas Brothers are going to be like in 15 years. _________________

Yeah, okay, that's cool and all, but that's your opinion. It's one thing to dislike a band, but to go out of your way to bash somebody for liking something you dislike puts off a huge air of pretentiousness. I still wanna know why you felt it was so necessary to voice your distaste, not for Creed, but for EmoArbiter's opinion of Creed. _________________

I really don't know how this isn't on here: Little Wing, Jimi Hendrix
Soothsayer, Buckethead. Up to the shredding part it's amazing.
Snow (Hey Oh), Red Hot Chili Peppers. Just a great song. _________________

It's simple, voicing my distaste for them warns people not to listen to them. Why do I want people to NOT listen to Creed? Because I believe it's a horrible experience, you can ignore if you want. And yes, I do know that it is simply my opinion.
Plus, Christianity really needs to be undermined.
Thanks for the input, now go away for a while. -Staff _________________
