While trying to insert a new chart into GHTCP
I got this error

"Game track cannot be parsed
Index was outside the bounds of the array"

I was editing the chart before I tried to import it, and it gave me the error
And now I have no idea whats causing it.

The .chart file (Its my own chart, and my first one)
http://www.4shared.com/file/T1zmVt13/fantazindy.html

EDIT: Other charts work
EDIT: new link http://www.4shared.com/file/haEha9bm/fantazindy.html

Try converting it using Chart2Mid2Chart, it may remove the bad events.

Altough that might remove some things you've done in the chart when converted to a Midi, but that might fix it.

I also got an error similar to that. I tried to load a chart I have of Dance of Eternity by Dream Theater, but I get this error:

"Game Track cannot be parsed.
An entry with the same key already exists."

How can this be? This is the first time I've tried adding this song. I went through all the Data folders and searched for any traces of the song. Still can't figure this out.

I think that happens when you insert a chart without an end event at the end
Open it up in Feedback, go to the end of the song, press E, type "end" and save.

If an end event already exists and the chart still doesn't work, I've got nothing else

I get this on occasion when I try to put in a chart with forced HO/PO's. It usually doesn't happen, but once or twice it has for me.

And yes, I put end events in my charts.

Post the charts that give you problems (your link is down). If it is a parsing problem I can fix it for next release.

Yeah I took it off the site

Converting it to .mid makes it work, but reconverting it back breaks the file again.. I can reup it if you want to take a look at it

I had the same problem with my Veil of Maya chart and couldn't figure out what was going on with that one either. Max, could you please take a look at the link I posted in last reply? Thanks

I found the bug thanks. It was a problem with the events section parser. 'section E' was not parsed properly. This was probably the problem for many people...
This will be fixed in the next release.

Help? O.\

Two Hour Testament has open notes and tapping notes in the chart file so vanilla GHTCP won't be able to parse it. You will need a copy of OpenGHTCP which some people may call GHTCP+/GHTCP-Plus.
