I've tried for hours on end trying to get this down to no avail. I could become SO much better at drums with this, seeing as my major flaw is that I tire easily with the hits at approx. 200 BPM and above. I want to be able to do the main beat in War Ensemble and Through The Fire and Flames, but since I tire out too easily, I need some help. The Moeller technique would work perfect for me.
Can someone please help me out here? _________________

I didn't really get any help with this, but I've since figured it out. The easiest way for me to get this down was to accent every other note, and that kind of gets the hand movement, like the notes in Barracuda for GH:SH... I don't know if that's the right way to do it, but it definitely works for me... _________________

it really takes a lot of practice, the major hurdle you have to get over is making sure your foot and left hand are alternating perfectly (unless your playing Battery, in which case things get really weird )
find the rhythm with your right hand, then add your foot, then add your left hand.
some good songs for practice would be TTFAF on hard, prisoner of society (same pattern as war ensemble and others at a much slower BPM), Dammit (building up right-hand speed without as much bass/snare to worry about).
if you want a test play Caught in a Mosh, its the fastest across all games _________________
