Can somebody explain to me why they're making a new Rocky movie?

rocky is a cultural phenomenon. this is a legend that shouldn't die. i don't care how many people think this is a bad idea because i've read the first 30 pages of the script and this looks like its gonna be a good movie. it would just be nice to see an old school boxer come in and cream one of these new jackasses, and that's what this movie is about.

first blood was on tv the other night. it was pathetic how much they had to cut out of it. children need to see violent death and profanity so they can grow up to be complete.
