Actually, that's what I've been doing. It's that transition to the zigzags that gives me trouble.
I have also noticed that I can hit the YRGM solos one-handed. I never thought it was possible, but I think I'm starting to not-suck at this game.

I can't tell you how many times I would miss in the intro and FC the rest of PPLL. That and Freya are solid. I'm also very jealous of your Mother and Woman FCs  |

Them Bones was a bitch to understand, mainly because I couldn't really do the triplet mixed in with the doublets. I'm just lucky I got it at all.

Guys, I've been wanting to ask something for awhile (actually about one minute). What songs would you like to see me FC? Please request something from the HMX GH games (they're all I own) and make it reasonable (no Jordan or whatever).

Damn dude, Nice FC! I don't even have that one. I've tried to one-hand it but could never get it in a run nor could I tap it.

Since you're in the GH2 mood why don't you go for Sweet Child O' Mine? Figure you could snag it. I don't have that one either. I see you got Push Push which is yet another FC I never went and got in GH2. Sweet Child O' Mine shouldn't be to bad. Just challenging enough to be annoying.  You should definitely get Tier 1 and 2 FC'd as well.

Well, it has finally happened. I have now become the 161st Free Bird (going by the Random User Stats thread) Which when the numbers are replaced with each other is considered by some to the "true" Number of the Beast. (If I only still had a working copy of GH3 or the patience to re-download the first Iron Maiden pack from RB, that could be a fitting FC.)
I really would have liked to also update with a really big FC. In fact, I had one specific FC in mind (take a wild guess). But let me tell you a little something. The group ERG, rather than get a grand FBFC or a deliberately underwhelming FC, instead went with a normal FBFC. They felt that the milestone itself is good on its own and that they don't really need to dwell on it. That's basically what I'm doing here. Sure, I would have really liked to get something like Free Bird, or even something like Bad Reputation. But I don't want to force myself.
Speaking of a bad reputation, I'm not exactly the most well-respected user here. I often get cooked by the other users (particularly people like inv4der and GregoryZero). I'm probably the poster child for an idiot on this site. And yeah, I have done things I'm not very proud of (like entering a PS3 code contest despite not owning a PS3). But I'm here to stay. 
Anyway, thank you all for supporting me!  I'd love to be able to name everyone, but I'm afraid that I'll miss someone or two. I'll just say that if you're reading this, you've most likely helped me in one way or another.
Anyway, here were some other ideas I had for Free Bird:
Leave after my 1999th post.
FC Free Bird on Easy
Grand video about me. (I still might do this one.)
...And, that's about it.
Fun fact: I was eating Reese's-flavored ice cream while making this.

Would never have guessed. In fact, I'm probably much less respected at the Harmonix forums than you say you are here. Apparently a thread that hasn't been touched in five years is supposed to stay that way, even when I have relevant information that I feel should be shared there because I've found no other place to post it. (I'm looking at you, Midnight-Rider.)
I like how I've been here almost four years and only recently became a Guitar God. If I continued at this pace, I feel like I'd have left before ever reaching Freebird status.
Speaking of Freebird, I didn't realize that might have been what you were talking about in your post on my RB accomps thread. :\
