ps2 wireless guitar to pc problem

Hi, recently I downloaded a GH3 for pc and bought and adapter for ps2 wireless guitar (kramer) , i mapped all functions through JoyToKey (except whammy, but that's not important) and everything works well except one thing. Every 20-30 sec my fret (colour) buttons just stop responding for 2-4 seconds and then start to work fine again. It's pretty annoying to loose every note streak just because of it. Please help
