I always spend half an hour getting to 1024, lose, and don't want to try it again _________________

My sister showed me this. It becomes really easy if you refuse to move down, and focus on keeping your higher numbers in whichever top corner you choose. |

Made it to a 1024 block and messed up. Pretty sure I can get 2048. I'll keep at it and see if I can =p _________________

I've beaten it twice now. Someone at work showed everyone else and that's basically what we did Friday lol.
There are some other versions too. Some that have an AI that will solve it (or attempt to) and with a larger square. Here's my new favorite

I got to about 8192 before I called it quits. It has a randomizer at the bottom that just does random inputs. I had it on for two days and it didn't even lose yet (and it actually got up to like 131072 on a tile). It's got to take forever lol. |

I've beaten this game at least 6 or 7 times now, it really does somehow magically get easier after the first win. _________________

This is seriously addictive... can't get very far though. Highest score I can manage is 3124 with a 256 block haha _________________

When I saw this thread, I tried it. Definitely gets you hooked immediately. I couldn't get 2048 that day. The next day I told my friend about it. The day after that he sent me a screenshot of his win, which really motivated me to try some more. 20 minutes later I got it! I continued. 18 minutes after that I had 4096!! What the fuck?! It kept going for 10 more minutes and the final score was 51516. That run was mad!
I also got pretty close to another 4096 on my phone the other day. It ended on a 2048, 1024, 512, 128. Has anyone got 8192 yet? I saw a video that was madly close. _________________

I got kinda close to a 8192. (Had 4096, 2048, 1024 and then some more IIRC) Someone I know from a French forum got pretty far. :P _________________

I downloaded this last night and I have only played it a few times (maybe around 10-15 goes) and only managed 512 so far on a couple of occasions. My twin has also only managed 512, but I'm going to keep at it until I get at least 1024! _________________
