First step is to use the first post and list the songs. From there, I would sort it by the total number of FC's, then from there we debate the rankings and make changes from there. Don't know how others feel about this method, but the debates will reorganize it.

You could always choose a song in middle and pivot the rest of the list around it, then start asking questions like any of the other breakdowns here, haha.

Hardest is Tie Your Mother Down

I think that's a safe place to start, for me :p

Ok, so every day, i'm gonna pick a random song (today 3 to get started) and can people decide where it shall go on the list.

(terrible explanation, but i hope you know what i mean)

Todays songs are:

Ground for Divorce
King for a Day
Won't get Fooled again

Decide the order please (i have played about 10 songs in total so i have no clue if it's obvious)

I agree with alex. We should put Light Em Up as easiest and Tie Your Mother Down as hardest because that's obvious ;p

Um, anyway, of those 3 songs, the order is definitely (from easiest to hardest)

Grounds for Divorce - Really the only hard part of this is the fast HOPO bit that shows up in the chorus a grand total of 2 times. Should probably go around 10-13.
Won't Get Fooled Again - Random, but nothing hard. Should go around 15-18.
King for a Day - This song is leagues ahead of the other two. The breakdown/solo is like one of the 5 hardest sections in the game IMO. Should be around 38, maybe 39?

It'd probably be a good idea to grab the stats and list the songs in order of # of FCs, like 2003041 said. They are for the most part, relatively accurate. There are some massive outliers, but we can bring them up and vote on them to re-position them if need be.

Also, how are you guys thinking about Love Bites, 40-41?

I would have it at 40, personally. I had so much trouble with Keep on Swinging's solo that it can't be anything but 41 for me.

This is going to turn into one of those debates with a consistency song (Love Bites) vs a song with one extremely hard part (Keep on Swinging).

I would say Love Bites, Keep On Swinging and Tie Your Mother Down are 40-42 (not necessarily in that order).

Regarding KFAD, I don't see it being that high. Strumming, once you realize first low note is a White and the other ones are Blacks, it gets really easy. The solo-ish part is mostly all Whites, no real going back and forth between the two rows. And it's 18 seconds from start of the strumming to end of the solo, so not too bad :P.

Here are the songs I would consider harder than KFAD from my point of view:

TYMD, KoS, LB, Bones Exposed, Been Away Too Long, Sundial, Lazaretto, Wastelands, Tragedy+Time (and maybe I Will Wait)
