Whenever I try to add a new custom song into the game (I have followed every guide I've been able to find) it always stops when executing actions. I can add new setlists and tiers, but every time I try to just add single songs this box comes up when executing actions:

Warning!
Some of the action requests failed!
Do you still wish to rebuild the game settings?

And then there's an option to click yes or no. If I click yes it finishes off and the song seems to be installed, but when I go play the game there's no audio preview when selecting the song from the menu and when I click the song the loading screen comes up and it never stops loading. I have to press the windows/home button and close the game by right-clicking on it and clicking "Close window".

This happens with all songs I've tried to add to the game and it's really frustrating because I had made a full chart for a song and now I can't play it. Maybe I've just been unlucky and only tried to add songs with broken charts or something like that, but here are links to the chart I made and the audio file I'm using. Could someone please check if there's anything wrong with these files and also check if you're able to add this song to the game and play it?

I'm sorry for such a long post, but it would mean the world to me if anyone would try to help me with this

No, only installed 4/5 setlists and none of them goes over the individual 80 song limit, so that's definitely not the problem

Have you patched GH3 to version 1.3?

Yes, I had done that, but what fixed the problem for me was that I reset my computer and uninstalled all programs that had been installed on it. When I installed Guitar Hero again and GHTCP, adding the songs to the game worked again. Thank you very much for replying though!
