afk log out error

ok when im logged on but dont do anything it logs me out.

but it still thinks im logged in and i cant do anything when i try to login the page refreshes and nothing happens.

when i log out it says i have sucsesfully log out but i still cant do anything .

this is really bothering me because i keep having to switch to mozilla and explorer (happens on both) i think its the thing that logs you out if youre afk please help.
