So... if I had gotten just 4 more points on The New Black No SP in week 1, I would've ended up in the playoffs.

Just 4 points. One tic. That was all I needed.

How is a 557 Elephant Bones note streak possible? That means you have to miss all 56 notes consecutively, and then don't you fail?

My strategy was to miss the first three notes, then to miss 53 consecutive notes, from the second orange in 81 to the fourth orange in 87 (so hit the chord in 81 and don't play again until the second blue in 87). Got me first in AAA1, though my score was behind a 557 NS in AAA2.

I figured my Gemini score would blow because I spent all my time on Crazy on You (plus I missed that first SP YO chord 95% of the time for some reason, even though I always hit the identical YO at the beginning of the song), but damn.

I just missed the first 3 and the last however many to get 557.

Are you FUCKING kidding me. I thought I did horrible this week, and I got 1st place? I spent a good few hours on Crazy on You trying to FC it. That was my first run, on Sunday, and it got 1st place? Wow.

oops, forgot to submit! looks like it doesn't really matter though. I stopped playing on tuesday, but at that time my scores were 433xxx crazy on you FC, 282xxx 98% gemini, 210698 Shout, and nothin interesting on Elephant bones. although, i had determined missing the first three notes on bones to be my strategy so i probably would have done decently. looks like i would have had a little under 60 pts. and ended up around 8th.

i'll try and get it going for playoffs

I forgot about all the drop-outs, otherwise the "do well on one song" strategy would have worked better...
