Yeah but didnt you have popn experience? I'm probably gonna be a bit slower than most. GH1 was my first rhythm game and I got it way WAY after release. But after all the beatmania hubbub on IRC, I HAD to try beatmania. I'm not disappointed.
Side question: Do you think playing other rhythm games help your GH skillz? If so, how?
P.S. I have no idea when any of these games were officially released _________________

Playing rhythm games will strengthen you reaction and cue reading skills in general.
Beatmania (the original) came out in, I beleive, 1997, and beatmania IIDX is still seeing new releases in both the arcade and at home. |
