Oh boy this will be my first challenge. I'm actually surprised I won. I only spent like an hour and a half getting that score for Madhouse. Now I really have to practice Carry Me Home and get a nice score for it. Phew... time for practice mode.

I'm wore out from a long days work, come home, play Carry Me Home for hours.... trying to get that magic run I always seem to get. I got below my goal, but I'll still be rough, you better believe that. I have very high expectations. I need to get some sleep or they'll have to actually carry me home tomorrow..

stengebt is a dangerous player, I hope he doesn't knock me off quite yet.

He's liable to post an ungodly score, though.

Yep, it's time for me to start carrying myself home too after two sleep-deprived days of work and watching cars drive in a circle the day before...

I'm also looking forward to a match with you, but I think it may be close between me and xnerdyxrealistx, we'll have to wait and see. Carry me home isn't my strongest song so i have some doubts but whatever.

I think most of us have a problem with Carry Me Home. It's a tough song to keep a multiplier in. I wouldn't worry about the fact that you might not do well; chances are your opponent will have the same problems you do.

Personally, I've never had a problem holding a multiplier in that song, seemed easy enough to me, song has a natural chart for how it sounds.

I never reached my goal, but I did get my magic run. If stengebt beats my score, he will be the A1 Champ.

My goal for CMH was 400k..

Thank God for no Bad Reputation, YWC, Red Lottery, or a few more that I would have probably been beaten on.

Arterial Black feels like such a lack luster song for being the championship song. I was hoping for Jordan..

This'll probably be a squeeze off, maybe minus the first part of the solo, it kinda throws me, but it will get worked on.

A3 should prove to be interesting, I'll give the edge to Rirobuge, though.

Thank you Rmac, you are indeed a most worthy adversary and I salute you for almost defeating me twice and also helping me to earn my spot in the finals without a freebie round. May you find even greater glory in your next season!

I sense I will probably meet my match now against mrsaturnboing. He's clearly much better at this than I am, but that won't stop me from trying my absolute best I can. Speaking of trying the best I can, this is going to be interesting because I've never played Arterial Black on Expert before. This morning I gave it a sightread and failed the song on the solo.

This means that this will be much more than merely competition against mrsaturnboing for me. Its going to be an exciting experiment to see, given three days, just how much improvement I can funnel into a single song when starting from absolute scratch. I have no good estimate or idea so far how good I can get at this in three days, and that's where the true fun is.

Congratulations to everybody who made it this far, and also congratulations to everybody who participated without succumbing to the temptation of cheating. You are the ones who make this league thing truly worthwhile!

...oh my. I'm feeling definite shame...being utterly destroyed by over 100K points in the semi-finals... And I thought I had a chance too, since I improved my own score by somewhere around 50K points or so.

Enough said about that...best of luck to you, eblp4life, I'll be pulling for you in the finals. I'm sure I'll see all of you around here next time.

Edit (a couple hours later): I feel better now since I got the 80's log
