Ohh....hm...I didn't see that "or" there.

Couldn't it still work though? Because technically, I have a Yes, No, Yes chain of answers. As long as you still keep track of who answers what questions, you should still be able to figure it out. Lemme show my work of logic.

Question 1:
"Are you a god?"
Past: N/A
Present: Yes
Future: No

Question 2:
"Are you not a god?"
Past: Yes
Present: No
Future: Yes

Question 3:
"Are you a god?"
Past: No
Present: Yes
Future: N/A

As long as you can keep track of the gods it shouldn't matter if the first or third answer or not. Discard the Past's first answer and the Future's third answer and you'll still be able to figure it out. Here's what the answer chains will look like.

Past:......_, Y, N
Present: Y, N, Y
Future:...N, Y, _

As you can see, the order in which the gods answer No is all you need. As long as they all answer No at some point, it's fine.

Riddle 1: obviously, 1 always answers negative and onepositive, and a negative and a positive makes a negative. Therefore, if you include both of their answers, you will know you always have a negative, or a lie. Ask either one what the other one would say the road to doom and despair leads to, and take that one.

You could also ask "If I were to ask you which road led to peace and prosperity, what would you answer". and take whatever they say, since you'd get either a double negative or a double positive, both resulting in a positive.
Just wanted to point that unless i'm missing something your second paragraph is wrong.

If I ask the Truth teller that quesetion, he's going to tell me the correct path to the Peace road. If I ask the liar that question he's going to tell me the wrong path. It only works if you ask what the brother would answer.
