Clear your ScoreHero cookies if you cannot login!

took me like 10 minutes to figure out why the hell i couldn't log in, then i saw this. then another 5 to find out how to get rid of my cookies.

Instructions for deleting cookies for Mozilla Firefox users: at the top of your window go to tools, then click clear private data. you can also press ctrl+shift+dlt. from there check off cookies, you don't need to get rid of anything else. click clear private data now, and scorehero will work again.

It seems, it works if you DONT select "remember me" otherwise it doesnt... but thats what i've found, and im using the latest Firefox

I was having trouble also. I would be auto logged on for home page but once I went to the forums it would say Log In To Check Messages and I couldnt post in the forums.

All I had to do was delete cookies, passwords, and browsing history. That helped me and all those who cant post in this forum to gett help because they have the same problem.

How do you delete JUST the Scorehero cookies and nothing else (IE6)? That Microsoft guide is just for deleting ALL your cookies, and I don't want to do that.

I also can't get to "manage scores." I log in and check "Remember Me" and I can post in the forums, but I keep getting redirected to the home page whenever I click on "manage scores." I've tried deleting cookies / browsing history, but that didn't help. Seems like this is a recurring problem for a lot of people. Hope there is a fix for it soon.

Just deleting the cookies did nothing for me.

I also had to delete all temorary internet files. maybe try that?
