Rock Band region free?

Hi, i know im new here and such, but i have a quick question.

I live in the UK and can't wait for the release of Rock Band over here, so i thought i might import it before xmas. The problem is, i have a UK 360. Would it work, or will i just have to wait till April?

Bonus Question: is it reigon free on any other console?

I think you have to wait untill April for legal reasons. It would probably be a safer idea to wait anyway, because if it doesn't work...
