I seem to be suffering from the dreaded stiff-finger-itis.
Anyone know how long it usually lasts? _________________

It depends, just try not to play anything too difficult because you'll get frustrated and end up making things worse :x Once you're ready you'll know it, although sometimes I go through a full day without being able to do it properly... I can feel it now while I'm typing.
Sometimes I just play Medium until it passes =/ Something I can get easy FCs on for shits and giggles. |

I've found baoding balls pretty useful recently, especially now that the weather is starting to get colder. Like 5 minutes of rotation on the left and one minute on the right seems to warm me up before I play. _________________

I only have this problem in my pinky cause its so damn lame. I usually play something like Tom Sawyer on bass until it loosens up. Plus, running some hot water over my hands seems to help. |
