It's not paint, I found a custom vinyl place that used the graphics to create me a durable vinyl 2 piece sticker.

those are pretty cool, but are they like the old-skool controller stickers that dont come off without leaving a bunch of gunk?

Even if they do leave a bunch of gunk after removed it's easily cleaned up with any spray label/sticker remover.
