The . at first I tried just hitting it normally, but that didn't work out at all. Then I tried throwing random strums into it, which worked a bit. Then I tried switching into 3rd (index on yellow) which seems to be working well:

1 2321

1 = slide

However, I recently CHOKE'D on it by missing the last note in the stupid thing after the fast chords. (632 NS, -1 in verse 3 lolololol)

So, how SHOULD I do it?

2 3 4 3 1

I always did it this way. it was giving problems at first but I realised that it was because I was going to fast. Try taking it into practice a few times just to get the rythm down.

Yes, this works really well.

Off Topic:Sorry, just can't resist, the Beast and The Harlot chorus goes like this:

M. Shadows wrote:
She's a dwelling place for demons
She's a cage for every unclean spirit
Every filthy burdon makes us drink
Poisoned wine to fornicating with our kings
Fallen now is Babylon The Great

there you go

Well, if you choked I would say keep doing it the way you're doing it. Chokes happen all the time, you'll get the FC soon enough.

I play it as this too, can be a bit awkward at first, but definatly good once you can get it down.

I always play it that way too.

Also off topic I thought the chorus to Beast and the Harlot went...

She's a dwelling place for demons
She's a cage for every unclean spirit
Every filthy bird and makes us drink
The Poisoned wine to fornicating with our kings
Falling now is Babylon The Great

Thats what it says in my Guitar World magazine over the tabs.

this is freaky, I was listening to BatH as I read this post and it was on that part of the chorus where you bolded it.

Could be, but take time to think about it.

She (the harlot) is a dwelling place for demons, she's a cage for every unclean spirit apparently, then every filthy bird and makes us drink, that's not correct english, although, filthy burdons makes more sense than filthy bird, and the the before the poisoned wine, makes sense. But I'm pretty sure that Babylon is "fallen" not falling.

that part is simple man all you have to do is hold your finger on green. it is kind of a stretch but you can easily play the yellow blue orange blue while holding green.

(i have the number 2 score on the PC leaderboard though i havnt submitted any of my scores to scorehero...)

Actually, that is correct English.

She's a cage for every unclean spirit, every filthy bird

and makes us drink the poisoned wine

It makes sense. I'm pretty sure it's "fallen" at the end also.

Oh I didn't break it up like that, It does make sense. But I don't see why a bird is in a song about a monster and a prostitute though...

Although I could be wrong.

Wow, this thread really got off topic.

But I am waiting for the final verdict to see what to write in my sig in the end.

Edit: lol, I've already changed my sig 3 times since this thread started.

Did I step into some crazy alternate universe where everyone spells "burden" as "burdon"? Or are we literally talking about a pilgrim's staff?
