When you're playing someone and it goes to the tiebreaker and you get the pick what song are you going for?
Also, if they get to pick, what do you hope they ignore?
Personally, I enjoy Nothing For Me Here or my favorite, Pride and Joy.
I hope they don't pick something that can easily be FC'd cause I fear id screw up. Also, The Way It Ends owns me.

I pick Cliffs of Dover, Impulse, or Cult of Personality.
I hope to God they don't pick Through the Fire and Flames. |

Knights of Cydonia. I'm a good fast strummer...or at least I used to be.
I suck at Welcome to the Jungle and Cliffs of Dover, though. |

If I'm feeling like an asshole, I'll pick any easy FC song that I know the path for and out squeeze em(if they even know the path) or if I want an epic finish ill go NotB. I hate it when they beat you on a song, then they pick it again as the tiebreaker. _________________

Cities on Flame with Rock and Roll. Since it's a co-op bonus song, most people haven't played it a whole ton. It's one of my favorite songs in the series, and so it makes sense as a go-to for me.
Most great players will be able to near-FC it on the spot, even without practice, but against your average, unprepared player, it does pretty well.
If I lose the toss-up and the other person picks any of the more complicated songs from the setlist, though, I'm pretty well finished _________________

1) You're using numbers in place of words.
2) You're spelling at the second grade level.
3) You're posting in CAPS.
4) This post is in the wrong place, and should have been in Software.
Conclusion: Custom songs are not your "cup of tea", and I'd suggest undertaking a much more simpler hobby. Perhaps tree watching. |
