Anyone from around this area? I actually live about 40 minutes north of New Orleans in Hammond. I'd really like to meet up with someone that is actually decent and be able to teach me a few tricks on GH and what not. And maybe if there is a handful of people in the area, have a small get together

I live pretty far north in Shreveport. It'd be nice to get a Louisiana get-together going.

Yeah, that's quite a few hours from here. My step dad's dad lives up around that area though. Hopefully, we can get enough people to respond here and try to organize something.

A get-together in New Orleans would be a great idea. I live in St. Rose so I'm pretty close to that area.

I'm actually from Kansas City area (see my other thread in this forum) but I've been down here in Hammond quite a bit for work during the week.

I'm currently working at the Amite steel foundry, and living at the Hampton Inn in Hammomnd. While I'm actually headed back to Kansas on Friday for next week, there is a good chance that I'll be back down here in a week or two, and since I'm without a gaming system I'm always looking for a way to play more GH or RB. (The staff at the Covington Best Buy is starting to get sick of me playing their demos every couple days.)

So yeah, let me know if something happens in this area.

I live in Shreveport, but I'm too young and I doubt my parents would let me go meet up with people from ....teh internetz. It'd still be nice to meet some local players though...
