Don't worry about training all jobs right now I recommand training ninja and samurai as soon as you get them with Butz, black and white magic with the girls and Knight with the old man. Later you'll gain easy experience in the pandemonium and the best job of all is THE MIME ! it's in a extra temple under water you have a limited time to reach the cristal and then fight Gogo (yep the same that's in FF VI) I won't tell ya how to beat him :p up to you In my case that's my second favorite FF after FF VIII and VII ^^ also check my FF VII videos :
