Epic news is fucking epic.
Hendrix is my alltime favorite musician and guitarist, my hero, my idol. IMO there's nobody who will ever come close to his brilliance, skill, and feeling. He played the guitar with so much emotion and feel...
A new album? Fuck yes. Also the Stephen Stills is a bonus, and even more so if there is Clapton. I really hope that this gets released. I'm even thinking that he probably will, seeing as it will sell amazingly; the first Hendrix album in 30 something years.
Best news all year so far.

qft. also, i don't think hendrix gets enough credit for the composition/lyrics of his songs. some of them are just mind-bending in so many different ways (1983, bold as love, etc).
soo yeah, this is pretty epic.
