Well, I don't know. Germany looks good but the teams they have faced are Poland, Costa Rica and Ecuador (who started without five of their best players). That and the home team advantage could be a reason why they look so strong. There's also a lot of pressure on the germans. Especially now as they won all three games. I don't think they are impossible to beat. In fact I think that they will be a better match for Sweden than Ecuador would have been. We Swedes don't like it when we have the upper hand in a game that usually ends up in tears as it did against T&T. _________________

youre right there, but hey. Im glad T&T are out, not due to any disrespect to them, but they were Scotland's adopted world cup team, which they wanted to beat the English, and they have failed to do so. The thing is, they will all laugh at me when England get put out, but I dont see how, as we got further than T&T and a lot more further than Scotland too ;) _________________

Well the Italians, my first team (dad is Sicilian), are still going although I'd like to see an early 2 goal differential for a change so I can quit biting my nails to the quick!
FORZA AZZURRI!!!
My second team is England because of the Canadian-born Owen Hargreaves. He has been a solid mid-fielder so far. _________________

I missed this game as I took a snooze and not long got up, how did it go?
I heard a fight broke out after the whistle blew? _________________

VERY entertaining game! It finished with PK and Germany stopped 2 for the win. I didn't see the fight though.
The bracket standings were updated and trofl is hanging by the skin of his teeth after the first game. He had ARG going all the way. _________________
