i am looking for people that live in the columbus, ohio area to play against. i only know a couple of people that give me any sort of challenge. so just post if you live in the area and we can talk maybe. and maybe get together and play.

I live about 50 minutes west of Columbus. I wouldn't make the drive for a simple 1on1, but I would be more than happy to join any kind of Guitar Hero tournament or party that goes out there.

No, damnit I went home for Father's Day. I would've loved to attend a tournament. How'd it go down? Any competition?

I've gone up there and impressed the staff a few times, but their controllers are pretty busted.

no competition there. me and my girlfriend and my friend were the best ones. no one played above medium. my girlfriend won first and my friend won third and i got fluked out by someone who shouldn't have been in the tournament on medium. it was the absolute worst run tournament for anything that i have ever been to. i use to play cards and sports so i've seen some bad tournies. but oh well.

It doesn't surprise me at all. I know lots of people that play Guitar Hero and only 1 or 2 that can even handle expert.

yeah first place was a $50 gift card, second place was a $20 gift card, and third place was a $10 gift card! it was all multiplayer so you know how that goes. the funny thing was that the people thought they were good until me, my friend, and my girlfriend started beasting people on medium and then when they found out we were pretty good at expert they about crapped themselves! no offense to any of them but they sucked major balls. if i had a two year old baby sister she would have been able to do better than any of them. lol

I'd like to throw a GH tournament in August somewhere in Columbus (Location TBD). Would you guys be interested? If so, any suggestions or opinions regarding the tournament would be great.
