We are actually referring to two tourneys here
The one is the informal "ScoreHero" tourney being held at my place from Wednesday night until Thursday night, and the other (on Thursday night) is the tourney in Cincinatti, which the people at my place are going to be driving down for.
The Cincy tourney is stickied - anybody who is interested in attending the informal one at my place (in Richmond, IN) must just PM me for the address.
General driving times:
From Indianapolis : 1 hour
From Dayton : 30 minutes
From Springfield : 45 minutes
From Columbus : 1h30 minutes
From Cincy : 1h15 minutes
From Chicago : 4 hours |

I can't get the time off of work guys. We are going through the transition in the buyout and I really need to be here to make sure things are going okay... _________________

Doh - so far it's only Priest, Static and I
Dan - can't you find out if any of the other OSU players who you met at the tourney last week are interested and have cars?
Sorry you can't make it, Noah - it won't be the same without you owning us at the balloon game in Monkey Ball |

Aww, now I feel bad. Everybody dropped out.
I have an important class Thursday afternoon and a crew meeting for a short film I'm working on that night. Or else I'd try a little harder to get a ride out.
Man, I'm missing two events in a row. I am definitely coming to the next one. _________________

wuLFe, how did it feel to have people's jaws drop at your skills? Sorry Priest, I would have asked you but you didn't even get a chance to show off. _________________

About time - took me a whileto get logged in...
Just wanted to note that Priest (in his warmup) managed to pull off the performance of the evening by getting about 320K on Jordan - the crowd were amazed (had he faced anybody BUT me, they would have been too intimidated to play against him )
On my practice session, I decided to try Six, and pulled off an AMAZING 240K (4* FTL) (that'll teach me to warm up with a song that I generally suck on)
My best performance of the evening was a -2 on COWS, and in the finals I played horribly, and only managed 301K on Institutionalized, but thankfully it was still quite a bit better than my opponents score...
It was a fun evening, and as always, it was a pleasure to have Priest over, and get to play with (and against) such a great player! |

been going to this site for like 6 months now and i figured i should go ahead and finally post since i was actually at this tournament....
wulfe and priest were definitely the top players of the night, and everyones jaws were seriously dropping over priests score on jordan. both of them actually did jordan together at the end of the tournament, but people felt it was necessary to stomp near the table that the ps2 was sitting on and it caused severe lag, so they switched to hanger 18 and wowed everyone once again.
the club wasn't sure how the night would turn out so they really didn't bother doing much promoting for it, so todd was on his own with that. they usually have bands play there every night but decided not to so they could try out the guitar hero tourney, and they still made plenty of money at the bar, so they were happy. there's gonna be a tournament every month now which is pretty sweet i must say.
and how did i do? i lost in the first round by 2,000 points on hangar 18......on medium.....but def. a fun night i must say |
