i just recently bought a used one from EB games (got lucky). First thing I did was peel off as much as I could (try to get all the clear shit off, if the paper is left, that's ok). Next I rubbed soapy water onto the rest of the sticker. If that doesn't take all the shit off, use WD-40 or engine degreaser. Rubbing alcohol is also good at getting it off. Hopefully by now you should have gotten it all off.

Rubbing alcohol or even better use goo-gone. It's great stuff. Apply just a little bit, let it soak for a couple of minutes and wipe clean. Wipe it down afterwards.

after you peel the stickers off use wd40 and damp a paper towel. Then rub the area thats sticky. it gets rid of it.

I use GooGone (can find it at most hardware stores), works great and has a nice citrus-y smell to it.

Lighter starter fluid takes that crap right off after like a minute of soaking in it.

take the whole guitar apart, soak the plastic pieces in the sink over night with some detergent in it, and the stickers come right off with no work involved, and no sticky stuff. just make sure the electrical stuff is taken out :-)

Yeah, I got them all off. Thanks. Now, I think I'm going to do some sort of paint job. I'll keep everyone updated.
