First of all, on behalf of the ScoreHero staff and Star Power podcast hosts, I would like to thank Neversoft for once again having us out to playtest the next GH title for the second year in a row. It means a lot to the community, and allows us time to prepare the site for new score-tracking capabilities.
Just several weeks ago we announced that a community event would be taking place at Neversoft on 9/10. Wanting to get the most out of the event, we posted a second announcement prior to the event to find out what you wanted to know about GHWT; and from your feedback, gathered a significant list of categorized questions before we left. A liveblog page was installed to bring you as close to the action as possible throughout the event, where many of you asked questions and saw pictures and videos instantly upon upload. For those who missed it, you can replay the liveblog now. It was a blast, and I'm glad we had the opportunity to share the excitement live with the community.
Since returning from the trip, we've each been collaborating on a comprehensive review for GHWT with a level of detail that perhaps only ScoreHero will appreciate. And what better way to release it than to preview the new ScoreHero wiki at the same time!
For now you will only have access to read the GHWT article on the wiki as there's still work to be done before it's ready for full public use. As a result, this topic will be used to contain all comments, questions and feedback that you may have about the review. We will be following the replies and hope to answer any further questions you may have. Enjoy!

I lol'd at the Pull Me Under comment. It certainly will NOT be the hardest song in the game.
Also, The Satch Boogie LOLYCRAP section looked a little too simple for what is actually being played... though that may turn out to be a good thing in the end xD
And the music studio looks really dissapointing. _________________

I think that the Scorehero Wiki is a great idea, and I hope that the idea will be expanded and used frequently in the future. It is a great way to provide information, and it makes browsing extremely easy. I've been looking over it for a couple minutes now, and I'm pretty impressed.
You guys have put up a great review of the game so far, and the design of the wiki makes putting even more information easy as well.
Great job on this, hope to see more soon. |

wow really well done - i did notice one thing though. under the game engine details, in the Drums section, the explanation of how many points each pad is - you forgot to say how much the red pad is. i assume it's also 50 points like green, yellow, blue... but who knows.
I'll continue reading... really good stuff so far! |

Were you able to confirm or deny the existence of the PC version of this game? If so is there any release date? I realize that Neversoft probably didn't develop the PC version if it does in fact exist, but were you able to get any indication, or any info at all about a PC version? |

That comment comes from someone who has never heard the song, but has heard enough Dream Theater to know the kind of crazy shit they do. So if the assumption is wrong, so be it, but the fact that it wasn't in the setlist is reason to raise and eyebrow. _________________

Giant GH4 preview AND SH Wiki launch? Epic.
I'll be reading this more in-depth later when I finish the homework I should be working on now, or tomorrow after school. _________________

it said someone was playing on beginner, so there's no easy, medium, hard and expert, there's another scale of difficulty. is that because there's 3 other instruments? _________________

Not sure what you're asking. Easy, Medium, Hard, Expert are all still there, there's just "Beginner" added below Easy. _________________
