On the computer I'm a master of the ninja rope. I haven't quite figured out how to use it as effectively on consoles though. It's a lot harder to manipulate a d-pad or stick than the arrows on a keyboard. |

It takes a bit of getting used to.
Thankfully, I played Worms Armageddon on the PS1 for a very long time. I'm pretty damn good with it when I practice. (however, right now I can't use it to get over cliffs and stuff, which really limits my ability with it. Bah.) _________________

I'm going to give this a shot on Monday, and am hoping we can get a scorehero worms game up and running sometime
Also, I'm changing my gamertag to "wuLFe79", so those of you who have "Unholy Cadaver" might need to update it to the new tag...
I hope they release Castlevania soon - I've been waiting for that for ages. |

Had a fragfest with two friends yesterday and I have this to say:
Grenades. Are. So. Cheap.
One of my friends just kept throwing 'nades at people and they would like stick on them. And the computer, oh my god, if you see them take a grenade out, its GG for one or more of your characters. Especially if there is water. I've seen a comp bounce a grenade off two walls and he hit 3 people. 2 fell in the water and one landed on a mine, which not only killed him but sent him into the water as well.
But it was a blast too. Exploding Sheep FTFW.
EDIT: Are there Worms clans? A SH clan would be awesome. |

I've never used girders. Are they anti-grenades? That would awesome. |

they are basically a placeable piece of terrain, I rarely use them but occasionally they come in handy. |

Girders when used correctly are extremely useful, especially if you like playing defensively. They're also easy mode for ninja rope if people don't blow them up first. XD _________________

Well once I get the cash together for a Wireless Adapter and Live subscription I'll probably get this and introduce you to just how suckage at Worms I am ^_^
I've got Worms on my phone at the moment and its actually pretty damn good. Not the widest selection of Worms weapons (and no ninja rope!), but Holy Hand Grenades are in. |

O_____O
My God!! I adore Worms, it's one of the greatest games ever! Especially the original, one of the most fun games you could ever play (had endless matches...never get bored). I've got the PS1 and Genesis versions, but Worms online...well, insta-win. What can I say?
Kinda makes me wish I had a next-gen console...>_< _________________

I've seen the girder used to the worst extent ever once. The guy just built a girder WAY up in the sky, teleported there after everyone had used their homing missiles and airstrikes, and just waited there until everyone drowned. They came kinda close to hitting him, but no one ever did. Crazy stuff.
I suck so bad at this game. I'll probably play a little tonight. _________________

Shit, I would have been pissed to hell if that happened. Curious as to why it wasn't possible to hit him though, the rockets do have good range. |

If there were two other teams, both of them should've built girders in range to hit him and do the same thing. :P _________________

Rockets are affected by wind (if we're talking about the bazooka), making aiming at a distance fairly erratic...
Alakaiser's got the right idea, if someone does do that. :P _________________
