Somewhere between gh2 and gh3 I'd say.

Somewhere between perfection and non existent?

Quite the spread..

Anyone else care to elaborate?

It's a little wider than GH2, probably the widest other than GH3's non-existant timing. I was able to hit a long, long trill that I'd never stand a chance at otherwise.

at 1:47 I hit a 10 second long trill that I'd never be able to hit in GH2 or RB.

I think the timing window in general is pretty unforgiving. It doesn't seem any different for HOPO's. I may just need to get used to it more, but I find myself missing stuff I could easily get in GH/RB.

The timing window is VERY unforgiving. Some fast strumming parts that would be easy in other GH/RB games is a ton harder.

Yeah, as I hit the later songs I found the timing got really unforgiving, that trill I hit must've been sheer luck.

On GH or RB I would have kept a nice combo, but on RR its just pretty hard. takes some fun out of it.

I find that any sort of ziggy pattern is easy as hell to hit in this game. Not sure why.
