Anything with Rock Band Bass Pedal

I always fail at the quick part with the Rock Band Pedal. I'm sure I could do it with the GH pedal, but right now, my GH drum kit is "under repair".

Any tips?

Also - FIRST EVER IN DRUMS TECHNIQUE.

I didn't think that the RB pedal work with the GH kits? Or are you using the RB kit too?
