ok, where do I go to register for a usb cable? I went to ask a question like the website said but nothing really happened. What should I do?

I just did this yesterday, using the 'ask a question' worked for me. After you submit it, theres an extra page where you have to confirm. I missed the first time I did it. You'll get an e-mail automatically. Then you should get a response within 24 hours from an actual person.

ya I probably just missed something. Well I just replaced the batteries for my set and that helped A LOT so I don't even think I'll bother with the adapter for now (especially since I'm already past warranty).

I need to redownload the tuning software but when i try to follow the link i get: HTTP 404 Not Found

I really need this because i just played a song and had 5+ combo breaks and only missed one note, and im pretty sure they were all pad overhits.

Any help on where i can download the software at would be greatly appreciated.

Can you ship it to Europe?
I really want that cable.
Or is it just a cable you can buy in any hardware store?

I just went down to Currys Digital, and they said they hadn't stocked them for 15 years...
Bummer.

Here's a link to the tuning kit, since the other ones I've seen in this thread haven't worked for me.

All you need is a USB/Midi cable, you can buy them dirt cheap on Ebay, something like this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/USB-to-MIDI-Keyboard-Interface-Converter-Cable-Adapter_W0QQitemZ180411003258QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_MusicalInstruments_ComputerRecording_Software_SM?hash=item2a0155717a

Where should I write to request a cable? I made a question at http://guitarhero.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/guitarhero.cfg/php/enduser/ask.php but there is no questions appeared in My Stuff - Questions.

Also, I got my cymbal cracked (due to low sensitivity I striked it hard and here we are). Where I can request or even buy one?

Hi

Does somebody knows if this software works with the band hero drum set?
Because I open a ticket with Activision and they told me that I need to send the controller box to them. They didn't mention anything about the midi cable or the software and on their FAQ, there is nothing mentioned either, just for the World Tour drums.

I don't want to replace them because I bought this kit on a sale and it was the only one, so I think I will get the money back , and I won't be able to buy anything with that money
