Some people just released a tool that installs illegal ghwt DLC for wii. I'm not condoning that, but maybe you guys can change the song IDs and change the charts to make DLC customs? _________________

yea I've tested a few of the DLC and they do indeed work...also somebody over at Gbatemp has already extracted the music and the charts from some of the dlc songs and is gonna post them over at FoF |

I'm saying reverse engineer to allow customs, not questioning the validity of the installation. _________________

Here's the skinny with WADs, I've had then probably since March-ish.
Using a decrypter to change certain files into .app files, and then a U8 tool, inside there are .biks, and other files, most important is the .midi (in a qb structure). We can only extract .midis with mrwulff's parser (where the hell are you man?), so "replacement" can't do anything. The .biks are multi-channel and unencrypted (aka not too hard to figure out, but I don't know much about that audio), so that shouldn't be too bad. Metallica/(presumably) Smash Hits can not, as of right now, be imported because that audio is a straightforward, unencrypted .bik file that one could easily create on the computer... the .mid packing is still an issue, though. Imports to RB2 might be available once drums/bass/vox/purple notes/hammer-on issues are figured out. _________________

An observation.....in the GHWT PC install directory, there already are some DLC content files in there. I dont have any other version, are these unique to the PC verison?
also....TSorbera posted my boost....i feel special.
xD...On topic. Didn't TurkeyMan say something about putting vocal charting in the new FeedBack?
I dont remeber if it was him who said that, or if it was someone's wishful thinking. _________________
